No Returns Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our print products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or other non-defect related reasons. All sales are final once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please carefully review your order details, including:
- Product specifications
- Sizing information
- Design placement and colors
- Shipping address
before completing your purchase, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that meet our quality standards.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we don't accept standard returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a print product that is:
- Damaged during shipping (torn, crushed, or otherwise physically damaged)
- Defective due to production issues (incorrect printing, missing elements, poor print quality)
- Significantly different from what was ordered (wrong size, design, or product type)
We will provide a free replacement at no cost to you.
How to Report Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Email us at customerservice@coastandhorizon.com with "Defective Product Claim" in the subject line
- Include your order number in your message
- Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect
- Describe the issue in detail
Replacement Process
Once we verify your claim:
- We'll send you a prepaid return label for the defective item
- A replacement will be printed and shipped to you at no charge
- Replacement orders typically ship within 3-5 business days
- You'll receive tracking information once your replacement is shipped
Important Notes
- Replacements are only available for the same product and design
- We cannot substitute different products or designs
- Color variations due to different monitor displays are not considered defects
- Normal wear and tear after use is not covered under this policy
